Pavilion Pavilion Rules Southside Park is a public park. Groups are encouraged to reserve the pavilion at no cost. However your reservation does not insure you will have the exclusive use of the pavilion, but rather gives you preference over other large groups that may have called to reserve it after you. Reservations may be made by clicking on the "Rent Pavilion" icon at the bottom of this page or by calling and leaving a message on the PARK LINE 713-432-PARK TRASH from parties is the biggest complaint we receive about the park. You must bring your own bags for your trash, close it with a twistee, and curb it in the grassy area in front of the bulletin board. At the conclusion of your party please examine the pavilion and park areas for cleanliness. Walk the grounds for stray party trash.
